At the desk you're met with friendly and informative staff, immediately felt at ease. Then everything is explained nicely, you're shown facilities and shown to your room.
The room itself was very clean and they even provide a complimentary breakfast that's ready when you're leaving! That's next level hospitality, thank you.
The location is a short walk from the coaches and airport but in a nice, quiet street so I slept very well with no noise around.
I will recommend it highly to travellers looking for a comfortable, hospitable hostel.

Easy access to Porto airport, took me 12 minutes to walk back from front door. Also, close access to metro trains going into Porto or further out to Vila do Conde.
The staff I met were wonderful! Robert and Susanna were both caring and helpful and cheerful!
Strong smell of cleaning solution in the rooms.

Great location, 15 minutes walk from the airport, and at the Camino trail.
Very small space in the dormitory room.

Close to the airport and small dorms
No curtains on the beds, and you had to have a code to enter the bedrooms, which were a bit annoying.
