Staf communication, location, value for money, toilet renovated and clean.
Room very small, hard to pick what room you are assigned to, got unlucky maybe. Bed getting old and is bended in its center, hard to sleep. Many lights and good natural light, but only very harsh and strong LED blue 7500 kelvin lights, making it feel like hospital.

Cleanliness, room well appointment, full kitchen, good AC in an otherwise hot room.
Noise in bedroom on the main street, no liveliness since there is no actual welcoming area at street level. No offer of clean towels after day 2.

The room is small but it gets the job done, the bathroom was good. There is a shared kitchen and patio which we didn't use. Maya is very helpful and responsive.
The bed could have been bigger, it's small for two people.

"We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Maya. The location was great, with most of the main spots within walking distance, which made it very convenient for exploring.
We were welcomed with a complimentar..."
