Os anfitriões foram muito disponíveis e permitiram-nos entrar no alojamento mais cedo do que o horário de check-in. Gostámos muito do facto de existir uma pequena cozinha e um terraço exterior que nos permitiu desenrascar algumas refeições. O quarto em si era super confortável e perfeito para o que pretendíamos, com uma ótima localização, perto do metro, supermercados e restaurantes.
A única coisa menos positiva foi termos ficado sem água quente de manhã. De resto, não temos nada a apontar, foi tudo ótimo.

The room is clean and tidy and it provides all the basic needs. The location is very convenient to go to the old town or airport by metro or bus. Also, you can get the coach to Spain from the bus stops outside of Casa de Música metro station. If you like local food, don't miss those local bakery cafes nearby.
If you like walking, it's safe to wander around. It's less than an hour walking to the old town of Porto.
The check in progress is smooth and easy. You can insert the password ( provide date before check in via chat) on the touch screen at the doors to access the building/apartment/room. In addition, it's easy to communicate with the staff via chat as well.
Nothing, but if I have to say, due to the old pipes in the building, the bad smell from the bathroom is annoying. However, the staff told me that they are proactive in getting rid of this issue or at least to reduce the odour.

A limpeza, a organização e o bom gosto na decoração são surpreendentes. Um local extremamente agradável e acolhedor. A localização é perfeita e o staff muito disponível.
Eu acho que poderia ter um espelho a mais, colocado fora do banheiro. Isso facilita quando são duas pessoas.
