Plenty of parking. Ambience of restaurant as good had a lovely meal here. Food & service both excellent. Family room was spacious. Breakfast was first class.
Unfortunately our 'family room' was extremely dusty including the wall art, bedside lamps and the walls. Room was chilly; no instructions on how to put on radiator, or to open out sofa bed(which we worked out ourselves).. No lock door handle on bathroom. We struggled with key fob on return after our event and no answer on the doorbell at 10.45pm. We worked it out to walk around and find an alternative entrance for hotel guests. However.. that being said It was a very pleasant stay around that. We will return in the future.

Location is easy to get into Brighton quickly and there is free parking.
Great shower and comfy bed
Toiletries could be better - no shampoo
No one at check out so had to just leave the key on the counter
