The stand out about this place are the people that work here. I travel alot and usually uk staff as miserable. Not here they are engaging helpful and kind. It really makes a difference they obviously enjoy working there.
I didn’t think the food was that great but it’s not terrible either kinda expected I suppose it’s not a gormet restaurant. It could improve though a little.

The location is superb, the village is beautiful
Bathroom was very tired but couldn’t complain for the price paid.

Beautiful building from the outside but a little tired inside.
The flies! There were flies everywhere, especially in the self catering kitchen in the Coach House where there was no screen on the window. There were flies crawling over all the work surfaces, table and floor which was disgusting. The lighting in the common rooms was very bad and it made it impossible to read.
