The staff is super nice and friendly and the room also was very practical in terms of having a kitchen with all the appliances like a stove and microwave.

Great location, very clean and functional room, but a bit out dated. It could do with a renovation. The staff were very friendly. The Coffee club was good.
The rooms could do with a refresh. There was a lot of street noise up on the 6th floor, so may be more sound proofing, or may be I needed a room that was not looking on to the street. Also, 2 nights in I started getting a reaction on my head and face with itchiness and inflammation, this has never happened to me so was this bed bugs ? If so then, it completely disrupted my health and stay.

After giving me a terrible room, I complained and they gave me a good room. I did not appreciate the dumpy smelly room they first tried to give me.
The terrible first room they gave me.
