The room was VERY spacious and perfect for my family of 6
I was not made aware of how to request bedding changes

Breakfast was lovely.
The room was impeccable, with a hot tub bath in the bathroom, a full kitchen that combined home feels with a luxury hotel stay.
AC was perfect; the window view was perfect.
And the pool... well, you'll see!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Some more than others.
It is very dated. The breakfast included was not very nice. During my stay in Thailand around Bangkok and the islands it was by far the worst breakfast.
