It was a good hotel, not great, but good. Clean, tidy, the bathroom had a huge bath, great for a hot dip after travelling all day. It has a restaurant, looked good. Outside around the corner is a 7/11, just near Soi Cowboy lol.
The taxi couldn't find it at first, until we asked someone when we turned in the driveway next to it, maybe a better sign out side to see it.

The location. The staff.
Lighting and music not suitable for breakfast, more for a nightclub.
