Absolutely value for money, was staying for 6 days. It's a no frill but very clean, quite and friendly place.
Every thing you need is just out side the hotel laundry ro taxi to many restaurant.
Staff is polite and courteous. Petch at front desk is most helpful ever smiling good soul. Will help you for everything, directions, cab booking, getting your food. Rest all were good too but Petch was wonderful.
Be careful if you stain sheets or pillow cover and stain are not washable they will charge you. But it's okay they are always willing to give you broken or stained items. Not a bad practice makes one more thoughtful.
Only thing is they should provide drinking water unlimited may be not bottles but a water dispenser or what ever they can think of.

Stayed here many times - great property 5 minute walk to Asok modern rooms great beds and pillows fridge, room safe good shower, will only stay here when we are in Bangkok. Micky on reception is great, gave us an early check in and is a credit to the hotel, polite and professional. Elevator is super quick as well.
