Friendly staff, great location, full breakfast included, pub/restaurant on-site
Nothing really...the hotel is a little older so not everyone's "cup of tea" but it wasn't lacking for anything for me!

Great location, especially if travelling into Waterloo. Cute and quirky feel to the hotel. Great to have a restaurant and bar in the building, and the food was excellent.
Being extremely picky, there was a weird smell in the entrance to the restaurant, which was slightly off putting.

Staff very friendly. Breakfast excellent. Beds comfortable
Bedroom quite tired.. wallpaper peeling off, paintwork scruffy. Shower was powerful enough but didn't fit properly on its pole therefore had to be handheld.
