Easy access, great location, delicious food
Room was a bit small but otherwise had everything we needed so.

I liked the guy taking care of the guests, he was friendly and helpful
The room was clean and quiet. The biscuits were nice.
The room was tiny and a bit dated. The bed was too soft and the douvet too thick.

Good breakfast and excellent location for an early train out of Waterloo station.
The room was ok, tiny bathroom, windows were facing the railway bridge thus very noisy.

Location
Rooms run down, shower barely working, train noise over night was horrendous. Got very little sleep. Food was also poor especially dinner.
