Handy for buses into York

Breakfast was excellent with a very good choice of foods & drinks
Bed very comfortable & extra pillows in wardrobe which we used
Toilet & area around toilet on toilet was dirty with lots of dirty splashes on walls , scum around bath handle & taps

Evening meal was delicious and staff were excellent
The bathroom was slightly difficult to get in and out of, maybe the next time you refurbish the rooms try extending the bathroom into bedrooms because they are large enough (bedrooms that is)

Breakfast was good, we had dinner one evening and staff were brilliant.
The free parking excellent as was the short trip bus/taxi into the city centre, which was very straightforward.
The building is tired, which gave the incredibly small room the feeling it was dirty.
From night one, the sink was blocked, reception told. Night two and three the sink remained blocked.
On exit, no one asked me how my stay was.
