The staff was so helpful, reasonable prices for the room, great wifi and a decent breakfast. Perfect location in old quarter. I would definitely stay here again .
Everything here was honestly wonderful. One of the better hostels I stayed at in vietnam.

A lovely spot in the old quarter. They have two buildings: one with shared rooms and one with private rooms. The staff are incredibly friendly, and you can also book lots of activities through them at very reasonable prices.

I like the stay in center of old quarters accessible to all locations
Good hospitality.
We booked ha giang loop and lanha bay at the hotel at avery reasonable price they took care of everything

Comfortable bed
Rats in the walls, you can hear them at night. The bathroom is in the room with only glass separating it from the bed. I ended up staying in the lavender boutique hotel, which is not what I booked. When I checked into City Backpackers Hanoi they transported me there calling it an “upgrade” which is was not because that property is actually cheaper online, additionally they took me there on the back of a motorbike with no helmet “across the street” which was not across the street but several blocks away.
