The size of the room was good and I had a window and breakfast was good. The bed was good but the pillows were old and not comfortable
The pictures of the property make it look quite new. The reality is that the rooms are quite dated and you can hear people clearly talking and walking in the corridors from your room, but you don’t hear traffic.

The hotel was really close to the center. Everything was available for us to have a great stay. Tracy at the reception was very sweet and took very good care of us!

The rooms were clean and exactly as expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Vincent at the reception even helped us get tickets for the Hanoi derby and joined us at the match. Great service!
Nothing to complain about.

I think that nothing
Dirty furniture, dampness and mold in the room and bathroom, unproper location for breakfast with heavily deteriorated ceiling and bad smell while keeping the windows closed. A total mess
