Spacious Hostel. Friendly and Relaxed staff. Beds changed promptly when requested. Towel 100K VND deposit locker 50K VND deposit (small- but enough for valuables) Fans and A/C on all day in the rooms. Free water refill. Shower water was always warm and toilets were clean in my experience. I can't ask for more from an affordable Hostel in my opinion. Train street is not too far 7min walk and Old town (tourist town) 10min walk. There's a Gym called X-Men gym 2 min walk 50k/One day pass.
They offer massages downstairs but you can usually chill on the big chairs downstairs and point a fan for yourself. Food gets ordered in the evening and if you ask can order, the chicken and rice for 40k was great.
I couldn't complain for the price.

Emplacement sympa. Accueil agréable, la gérante parle bien anglais (c'est rare !).
Chambre très spacieuse et matelas bon état.
Mobilier suffisant : chaises, table, canapé, armoire.
L'hôtel est directement sur la voie ferrée : bruit d'un avion au décollage quand un train passe !! Heureusement, ça n'est pas trop souvent, mais ça peut arriver en pleine nuit...
Au 4ème étage sans ascenseur : attention à la montée !
Sinon, la chambre est un peu vétuste, c'est dommage. Traces d'humidité sur les murs, mobilier vieillot, salle de bain peu agréable. Un bon coup de rafraîchissement et ce sera très agréable.
