The staff were really lovely and very helpful. The location was amazing. We arrived very early on the sleeper train and were given rooms to accommodate us at a reduced rate.
The hotel is fine however the photos are quite old. The rooms are a little more worn than expected from the photos on booking.com. This wasn't a problem for us as the rooms themselves were comfortable.
If you stay in the twin or double rooms there is no lift. Again, no problem for us however if you struggle climbing fairly steep steps then it's worth considering. It seems the family rooms are accessible by lift.

Good location, big room. You get what you pay for
No window in the bed room, would be nice to have some natural light during the day. We also felt some itchy things in the bed during the night. Not sure if was bed bugs our just our imagination …

Location
The rooms didn’t look like the photos (very old photos or «fixt» photos). Old and very run down. No hot water. Very noisy
