Comfortable, good location, good bar, good breakfast
Several things about this hotel are not 5-star level: breakfast service staff is slow, some of the staff is a bit amateur, the music playing in common spaces is bad taste, overall service is a bit below 5 start level, but not horribly so. Also room 108 was not great due to loud noises coming from staff/service room next door, including loud laundry machine at night.

Location ! Location ! And the staff ! They were absolutely amazing, attention to detail, social and go above and beyond for every guest. This is hands down the best experience I have had in any hotel in Paris. We felt at home.
