Location was great
The spa had very limited hours.
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Location, helpful reception staff, rainfall shower, comfortable bed, efficient air conditioner
Coffee maker didn't work, breakfast poor quality and over-priced. In previous visits there were soap cakes provided (as one would expect in a hotel of this rating); now the quality is diminished and the soap bars are not replaced. The shower was nice, but the bathrooms were a bit cramped.
Prior to arrival we were sent multiple messages requiring reconfirmation with the threat of our reservation being released to other clients. I considered these a bit overbearing, bordering on rude.

Location, friendly staff and clean.
All good!

I liked that it was close to the city center. The street was quiet, there were many bars/restaurants nearby. Public transportation nearby
The room was very humid. The windows were wet on the inside. I was coughing all the time. I pay 800 euros for the room and there is no table, 2 chairs and a sofa. Breakfast is expensive and the selection is poor

"A very classy hotel. Beautifully decorated. The staff were brilliant and the location could not be better, minutes from Opera, Louvre etc"
