Good location, safe neighborhood, room is cleaned everyday and bed sheets changed everyday (maybe could provide guests to choose if to change sheets every other day?)
The shower split out water from both the top and bottom, and the tower looks used out and needs replacement. Room facing the yard does not have much sunlight.

Did not have breakfast.Thought price was too high for a relatively small bedroom.Have travelled on business a lot and while hotel location was excellent was expecting more for the price from the room size .web page is a good marketing pitch.Looked into other apartments so not a room with a view. But it is Paris.Merci.
Room was on top floor looking into another building plus room size for 2 .

Clean and comfortable
Our room was on the fifth floor. I explained I can’t use elevators but wasn’t offered a room on a lower floor. I struggled with all the stairs.
