Great location right at the middle of city center. Short walking distance to restaurants and high-end shopping stores and malls.
Small hotel, tiny elevator, mildew smell in hallway, bathtub stand shower with no door causes water flashing all over the floor, small bathroom in general.

The location was excellent for sightseeing in Paris. The rooms were clean. The staff was extremely helpful.
If staying in the lower floors in a room facing the front it can be noisy. There is a good restaurant across the street and it can be loud.

The breakfast was good and the staff very helpful
The shower was so incredibly slippery, I had to put a towel down on the floor in the shower so I wouldn't fall.
