The location - ready access to so many great features of Sydney
The Staff - friendly, professional and very helpful
The room - spacious, clean and comfortable
The price - I had booked through Booking.com, the weekend earlier (18/10 - 19/10) but had to transfer the reservation to the following weekend due to our son's birthday. Same room $64 dearer than the booking for the week before.
I had made this booking early in October and made the modification a week later - I don't understand why there was such a price difference?

Good location. Clean. Friendly staff.
No free bottled water.

Everything was ok. Just 2 things, one is the noise, it was very noisy during the night. Two, we had issues with the shower, getting in and out. I think you need to add to you advertising that you actually need to step over into a bath. We had 2 family members with a disability. Maybe also add bath mats.
Parking, was not too good
