Room has a beautiful aesthetic without being fussy. Kitchenette. Storage space. Spaciousness. Good layout. Good condition. Free replacement of lost door card. Flower arrangements. Gym, sauna and pool. Very clean. Wonderful location. Chilled vibe. No fuss. Very close to public Transport. Room able to be fully darkened for sleeping. Quiet. Openable window. Large desk. I would have been happy to stay for a month or more. Fantastic food on the doorstep.
Light switches in strange place and confusing. Shower recess slightly inclined to flood. Only one bath towel provided on arrival (an oversight!). Other guests weren't very friendly.

The apartment was a great size with views of the city. Fabulous location close to many things

Reception staff were excellent, the location is great and the room was well equipped, spacious and quiet with good views.
The furniture and kitchen utensils/cutlery were a bit tired. The bed was quite firm(obviously personal preference).

The location is good, close to metro and shopping malls.
They gave me wrong room for first night with no city view at all. The windows face another property walls and dark. I immediately went to the front desk and told them that it is not the room I reserved which shows whole city view. Instead of accepting and changing the room, the manager started arguing and told me that at least today you need to stay in this room. Next day they gave me a higher floor room with better view but it was a big hassle to move my stuff as I was on business trip and on tight schedule.
I recommend that confirm the floor number before accepting room key. Their floor numbers are deceptive. Floor 14 means 4th floor as the next floor after ground is 11th.
I have attached the pictures of the windows in my room, whereas on their site and on hotels site, they only post pictures of higher floors.
