The location was good. It was close to the asakra theater. The lobby was nice clean and spacious. We got to stay at the new part of the hotel which was really nice with the hallway lights and amazing soft-like cloud slippers.
There was no hot tub in the room we had.

The staff were exceptionally helpful with everything from bags, directions, food etc.

Breakfast was good but not many options for vegetarian and vegan.
Not suitable for elderly and differently able people as the bathroom and bed were not suitable.
