The location was great, perfect for shopping. The room was clean but our highlight was the amazing buffet breakfast. Best we've ever had.
Not much.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and ideally located. The staff are friendly, cheerful, and always welcoming to guests. This is not our first stay at this wonderful hotel, and we have enjoyed our experience every time.
Our sincere thanks to the management and all the staff for their excellent hospitality.
The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of a vibrant area, surrounded by numerous major shopping malls and commercial centers.
There are some ongoing construction projects nearby, along with roadworks that cause significant traffic congestion. At times, guests may spend hours simply trying to leave or return to the hotel. However, this situation is entirely beyond the hotel's control and should not reflect negatively on the hotel itself. Hopefully, these disruptions are temporary, and traffic conditions will improve once the construction and roadworks are completed.

Breakfast and location was good.
Unfortunately, the housekeeping experience fell well below expectations. On two consecutive days, I had to contact hotel services because the small towels had not been replaced after the room was serviced. Having to repeatedly follow up on such a basic housekeeping requirement was disappointing.
In addition, the pillows were in very poor condition—extremely flat and uncomfortable—and clearly not at the standard I would expect from a hotel of this level. These may seem like small details, but they have a significant impact on the overall guest experience and should be addressed.
