The welcoming was nice the place is nice it’s near platinum mall and central world mall and platinum pop and patunam you can do all this walking ! For about 5 to 7 min , the hotel itself was inside a mall which can give most of the things you need ! You have many 7/11 around , Restaurant’s and ETC .
The hotel was clean enough! The people near the door were so friendly and helpful.
You can hear the near room , early in the morning we had so many noise around in the coridoor also late at night. Maybe when I was there there was a big group in my floor I really don’t know !
They are not disabled friendly! I have a totally disabled 5 years old child , I asked for a late check out for one room due to we where 4 rooms ! They refused totally they they give me late check out, I had to pay extra 1200 Bhat to stay for around 3 hours extra ! Which I paid for 2 rooms ! Although we stayed for 12 night in the hotel !
