Location. Reasonably good value specially for Bangkok. Very comfortable bed.
The check in and check out was a bit chaotic.

was good but too crowded.

The breakfast is great and the overall facilities available at the hotel.
English level is poor amongst employees mainly the ones facing the customer directly, such as front-desk. On the other hand I was unfortunate to have a room in between 2 noisy families. Kids running from one side to another and playing with the doors bell. Evethough I understand that this goes a bit out of control from the hotel side, it also reflects their are lacking in proper analyzing the bookings and better planning which type of customer goes and where to place it. And then the offer provided to change the room was to check out at 12 and checkin at 15, which looks a bit clumsy when you are already a guest. So if you go for work think twice as it a commercial hotel, expect some issues to add on your jet lag. The staff cleaning the rooms speak all the time and very loud too.

"location is very good- walking distance to Platinum mall, Central World, Big C, December and Skin care tofu. Connected to Paladium."
