Great location and staff ladies were excellent with check in, local going ons and things to do, and very responsive when one morning there was a very loud and disruptive party going on in one of the rooms they were able to deal with it immediately and quiet them down. Valentina took time to make us a nice to go breakfast when we had to get to an early train on departure day. Breakfast was always fresh and enjoyed the lobby area often during our stay
maybe some maintenance issues. Part of our curtain rail came off from the ceiling and looked as if it needed a more permanent installation

The location was exceptional and very convenient. The view from the room in the third floor was beautiful as you could see the canal. The bed was very comfortable
The room was too small for two people we couldn’t even move around the bed the window was broken and there was no heating working so it was cold all the time. The cleaning staff never came to clean our room for a 4 night stay we were left out of toilet paper and we had to go at the reception where no one was there and had to find it ourselves. Besides the room even though they were offering breakfast which was very kind and appreciated the same night we went to find toilet paper at the reception (same place where breakfast is served) we found a mouse on the table where breakfast takes place. Happened twice in a row.
