Rubbish, Smelly

Nothing It smells everywhere

I didn't like anything

1 / 10

I strongly advise against staying at this property due to appalling sanitary conditions, a complete lack of staff suppor

Location

The room was not cleaned before arrival; there was dirt, previous guests' hair, stains everywhere, and even the picture on the wall was moldy. A strong smell of mold and dampness was coming from the air conditioning, the room was very humid. The quiet hours were drastically violated by loud music, and the 24/7 hotline was unhelpful, telling us to call the police instead. The room was completely different from the photos. We tried to contact the property regarding all these issues, but they did not respond, as a result of which we had to leave the place earlier because the conditions were unbearable.

We stayed in this accommodation for just 1 night, and it completely fulfilled our expectations. I can recommend this hotel because it has a good price and a great location. Also, I would like to say that the reception worker was willing and helpful.

I enjoyed the location and the room looked as exactly as it was pictured. It was clean, the AC worked, the fridge worked, no complaints here!

Minus not really having a person to talk to if needed. Even though it wasn't really needed because everything was smooth.
