Gorgeous hotel and rooms. Lovely clean and new swimming pool and a stretch of beach which is effectively your own. Wonderful included breakfast with fresh fruit and a hot option, daily. Staff WhatsApp very useful for any help you may need. Full service gym with barbell and weights. Very impressive.
Facilities had their issues. We got upgraded as the first room flooded due to an issue with the plumbing of the next door villa. The second room was better, but one morning we woke up to no water, as it had been turned off overnight and not turned back on. Our second villa was also right next door to the next door bar, and at one point loud music was playing until midnight

We loved the location. The staff was so helpful, polite, and kind. Gaspar, the dining room waiter was extraordinary! We fell in love with the Island and this hotel.

Location is perfect
It’s so basic for such a high price. I expected way more. The room interior feels old and there’s nothing cute or cozy or decorative at all. Room smelled like mold or something and we had to burn incense every time we were inside. And no coffee in the rooms was very disappointing, only during the breakfast. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. The grounds feel a bit neglected, pool isn’t great never saw anyone there
