Very close to the beach, very good internet connection, clean water all the time, good air conditioning
The place looked very dusty, the table and chairs were outside in a sort of balcony bust dusty (or sandy actually). The shower curtain was broken, stained and old as well. We had to be very careful with towels as we were warned we will be charged additionally if they were stained. Our first breakfast was tiny and the other days improved, but there were so many flies that didn’t allow us to enjoy the breakfast which was served outdoors.

The Hotel is just next to the beach and 10 walking minutes to the centre where you can find cosy restaurants and nice stores. The stuff was super nice and the beach club, that belongs to the Hotel was excellent. There is a little grocery store next to the Hotel. I would definitely recommend this Hotel and will probably go back myself.

Loved being across the street from the beach. The back cottages aren’t beach front, but they are quieter. We had visits from raccoons at night :) also, as a family of 5, having three single beds in the room for the kids was amazing.
It was pricy, but so is Holbox. It is great that it includes a yummy breakfast.

Location very good
Family of Raccoons living on roof of bungalow, gave a bad smell to bungalow especially in bedroom. The Raccoons came out at dusk and went back to roof at dawn leaving excrements on the floor of the front door.
