its a really well located hotel with beach club, with good price for the locacation, you can walk to the center. I just would like that the food would be better, except the Guacamole, that one was great.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always happy to answer our questions and share useful local tips. The room was spacious and spotless, and the bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The location was also excellent, just a 15-minute walk from the city center.
The beach bar and restaurant were nice overall. However, one staff member was quite rude to us when we arrived with our own water and cola. We weren't aware that bringing outside drinks wasn't allowed, and we immediately apologized and were about to put them away. While my friend was taking her last sip of water in the 35°C heat, he came back and rather aggressively told us to put it away. The situation could have been handled in a much friendlier and more understanding way.

Location right in front of the beach, possibility to have breakfast and lunch there, beach club included
Hotel in general is overpriced (more than 300$USD for a basic room also during low season). Our room was quite dirty, especially the floor and the sheets / towels (full of holes and stains). It’s extremely overpriced. The bed is ok but not so comfortable. Food tastes good but it’s visible they don’t have good measures for hygiene (We had a bad experience in our breakfast). What it make it terrible is that, no matter what, they automatically include in the bill 15% of tips (which is crazy given the slowness of service and especially if you had a bad experience).
