A great upgrade!
We had a minor toilet smell issue, which we agreed we will watch, but as it didn't seem fixable - the manager upgraded us to the Chalet, for no extra cost, which I think was a delightful experience, as we were booked to stay for almost a week.
The communication between staff members, and their discretion to solve customer issues, around check-out time could be better - fixable issue.

The views were incredible, our room was very nice and anything that was missing we need they would provide for us very quickly! The staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay, even when it was raining a lot we would hang out in the hotel and it was really nice. The facilities were great with an indoor heated pool.

Location
Room had little if any sound proofing. Woken by talking in the corridor and next door bathroom noises. Room was very basic
