Vidushi was very helpful she made sure that we got all that we were promised and needed for a big group
Takes too much time to adhere to anything called for room service (water/plates/cutlery) service was a tad slow

We had a really lovely stay for 2 nights. The staff were really helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. A special mention to Mr. Kelum, who was exceptionally kind and went out of his way to help us with everything we needed. His kindness and hospitality made our experience even better.

Liked the room size and heated pool in the hotel
The food was appalling except the dessert , we had only 1 meal and decided that we would eat elsewhere in the city,for the next 2 days . Many guests were complaining about the distasteful food and general attitude of staff who were very polite but clueless .The staff didn’t even welcome us when we arrived , they checked us into a room that was not vacant , room wasn’t cleaned while we were out ,poor restaurant food and overall lack of ambiance! The management charged us unnecessary tax (17000 SLR )at arrival although we had booked the hotel through booking.com . We were then asked to pay for a very uncomfortable extra bed which we didn’t even ask for . Overall a very pompous looking hotel with no real amnesties or value for money,we had to look for other hotels at the end.
