The manager Shakira really helped me with travel arragements and help with future travel. She is professional and delightful
the hotel is like a home from British culture, from original hardwood floors to antique furniture. there is a lovely garden with cozy tables and chairs on the lawn. there is a covered patio for sitting outside on the couch

The room was clean, but the service was disappointing. We paid for breakfast, yet none was provided. We informed them that we needed to leave 30 minutes early, but they did not bother to pack a takeaway breakfast or offer a refund. Paying for something and receiving nothing in return is unacceptable. Cleanliness alone does not make up for poor service and lack of consideration for guests
