Location, location, location.
Lovely setting with a very quiet and tranquil atmosphere. At least at this time of the year, i expect high season would be a different story.
Old colonial setup that is hard to imagine having much of a future in a modern world. The key demographic will be an increasing older generation harking back to lost times and "foreigners" wanting to experience something that should be allowed to disappear.

Property is situated at a nice location
Over priced for the kind of facilities offered. The stay was very expensive so either hotel should have reduced the booking price for set menu or they should have arranged buffet as money taken doesn’t justify the food options we had there.

Friendly staff.
The property looks tired and dated. Rooms are musty and cold. Paid the highest driver accommodation services on our total trip , for a average stay. Taxes service fees not included in the prices. Adds a punch to the final bill. Approach road need upgrading.
