Great value, plenty of amenities with a very polite and kind host.
Nothing.

Perfect location for our stay.
15/20min walk to temple bar area.
We used Uber aswel while there and used the FIXEDPRICE promo code that took 10euros of two trips each.
Room was huge, everything clean.
Bed comfy, staff friendly, check in easy.
Treats in the fridge and with the tea coffee ( nice surprise) 😊
It's not that I didn't like it it, but everything is quite dated, furniture carpet etc.
Not everyone's cup of tea but I quite liked it 😅

The bathroom was very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay!
Because my bedroom was on the last floor. I couldn’t take my suitcases upstairs.

First day was clean but housekeeping does no difference, floor mat not changed. Floor not vacuum etc. carpet was super old and there’s urine smell near the entrance door of room 102
Had a shower early in the morning before check out, water was clear initially but after about 3-4 min, it turned into bronze colour. See pic, it was so scary. I went out of the bathroom to take my phone to snap the pic. The water becomes clearer after I let it run for 5 min or so
