Breakfast rooms were decent. Staff very helpful.
Only one chair in the room. Room was very dark and the floor material was not comfortable.

Breakfast superb.
Location great
We arrived early. Told we would get an email when the room was ready. A text would have been better!
The email when it arrived wasn’t clear that the room was ready as it just thanked me for checking in

Location
Failed to meet my expectations of a four star hotel due to silly things not being right.
