Excellent location. Very close to the sea. The place is very well looked after with a beautiful decor. I have to mention an exceptional breakfast served by the owner. I visited quite a few b&b and guest houses this summer but I thought that this one was the most enjoyable and the food was a real tasty surprise!
Although the guest house wasn't by the main road of transit North to South I would highly recommend driving off track and making a stop there while visiting Edinburgh, St Andrews or Dundee.

Amazing friendly hosts, very welcoming, The accommodation is exceptionally clean,The breakfast was quite exceptional, would definitely love to come and stay there again,Enjoyed my stay very much,I would certainly recommend lomand guest house.
There's nothing i didn't like about my stay,Only that I had to leave.

Breakfast on both days were fantastic, being former caterers, appreciated the quality and presentation, more than plenty of everything.
Everywhere was exceptionally clean and well maintained.
Very comfortable beds and lovely private en-suite bathrooms.
The owners were very professional and great hosts, will certainly be back as our grand daughter is at university for for 4 years.
Ideal location for St Andrews, only 25 mins away, and ample parking spaces outside.
A big well done.
There was nothing we didn't like, very happy.

Very nice location, 1min walk to beach
Bathrooms in a hallway, every time you need to walk out of room to go there, hosts always present in the property, they are helpful but it it intense a bit in a way I always have feeling I am entering their house rather rented accommodation / room
