The staff were very helpful and friendly, everything you need is catered for.Our bedroom was amazing could not fault accommodation or anything all areas were clean. And our evening meal and breakfast was good.We would recommend it. And would definitely stay again when we are in the area again.Thank you to the staff and Management you were very helpful.

Breakfast staff was very friendly and the room was clean.
Front of house/ reception in darkness when I was reading, light put kn by staff when they were reading, then back off even though I was there.
Flies in bar ar dinner time/ suggests a drain problem.
Staff at reception on calls/ ignoring guests.
No understanding of allergies.. brought an allergens to my friend when it was specifically requested not to be on the meal.
2 sockets and a ceiling light in room did not work. Corridor fire door left open all night did not feel very safe. Breakfast food ran out/ not available / delivery problems. At one point no brown toast, hot buffet items and juice,.NOT staff members fault but not been given enough in the order to meet needs if guests.Coffee machine using below 80 degree water and drinks very diluted/ machine broken.
