THE STAY WAS VERY ENJOYABLE WITH ALL THE AMENITIES AND FACILITIES AT HAND. THE LOCATION IS PERFECT AND SO ARE THE STAFF RECEPTION AND CLEANING SERVICES.
WE WISH TO EXPRESS SPECIAL THANKS TO THE RECEPTION STAFF WHO WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL, OUTGOING AND KIND, ESPECIALLY TO SYLVIA, ALICE, OLIVIA AND YAN.
WITH ALL THE BEAUTIFUL HOTEL DESIGN, IT IS DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND WHY THE SMALL SAFE IS PLACED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE WARDROBE ON THE FLOOR AND ONE HAS TO GO ON THE KNEES TO GET ACCESS TO THE SAFE. BUT OF COURSE THIS DID NOT AFFECT OUR HIGH RATING OF YOU ; IT WAS ONLY WORTH MENTIONING.

Second time staying there and absolutely loving this place! Very nice, clean rooms with a kitchen, big bathroom area and almost in the Kraków’s heart.
Huge thanks for the baby crib even though we didn’t ask for it so it was a nice surprise.

The staff was excellent, very friendly and welcoming.
I was disappointed with the hotel atrium where breakfast was served. There was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, which made me feel uncomfortable and significantly reduced my appetite. The smell lingered in my hair and clothing, leaving me feeling unpleasant for the rest of the morning. As a result, I decided not to have breakfast at the hotel the following day. This was disappointing and detracted from my overall experience.

Location was the winner. The property is a walking distance from the Old Square Market in a quiet neighbourhood.
The girls in the reception were very pleasant and accommodating.
The building opposite was ridiculously close, so we had to keep blinds closed all day- which was very depressing when the days are so short in December.
Also the double bed provided was tiny, mattress much too soft and very uncomfortable pillows.
