The location of the hotel is super central. It was clean and easy to find. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable.

Location was amazing in the old city area, yet quiet enough during the night. You can actually hear the trumpet call from St. Mary’s Basilica. The hotel let me leave my luggage while I was away for another city.
The room, kettle, and mugs didn't feel very clean. The shower room was quite dated. As it is an older building, there is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs.
