We really enjoyed our stay. Good location for us going to a wedding at Lama tree gardens
Kim and Richard were so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great with a good choice and was able to cater for gluten free and cows milk free allergy. Outside noise was a minimum after 10.30.

Great hosts who were so friendly and helpful. Great to have oat milk in the room.
Good choice at breakfast well cooked and very tasty.

Friendly staff
Booked 2 rooms months ago , well in advance.
When shown to each room was told that the shower over bath to each room was out of order and water was too hot. Could only bath and as I have a hip problem I wouldn’t be able to sit in a bath and get out of it.
