Great location and friendly staff.

Room was huge and had a balcony access and view of a beautiful garden right along the Arno. Mattress was really comfy. Very beautiful
Pillows are not good quality - should be better
The room is so big it would be really lovely to have a stand alone bathtub in the room- romantic!

Palazzo D'Oltrarno is a beautiful building perfectly located out of the hustle and bustle, just a short walk to all the tourist locations. The rooms are quite large, very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations. I would definitely recommend staying here if you like exploring the local vibe and staying out of the tourist trap areas when it comes to dining for a more authentic experience.

The staff was so friendly and helpful
This place is old and the pictures aren’t real. The mattress is incredibly uncomfortable and you can feel the springs. The curtains are old and falling apart.
