We liked the location of the property and the staff at reception were very pleasant.
The rooms were much smaller than other hotels we have stayed at in New York. I don’t believe the photos displayed on the website were anything like the rooms that we stayed in. The rooms were displayed as deluxe queen rooms, although there is nothing deluxe about it. There was a severe lack of clothes storage areas and locations to store the cases. It was advertised as breakfast included, but it was only cereal and bagels not cooked breakfast although there was photos of scramble eggs a waffles on the wall on the dining area.

Great location. Close to buses or subway. Nice view from the window. We had a great, surprise on first day, we found out we have free breakfast 😃 lovely and clean room. Clean towels every day 👌
Room was clean and cosy but a bit too small😞 hardly space to put suitcases. Hotel is just next to the manhattan Bridge, be ready for the noise.

Location is good to get around its close to brooklyn, financial district, statue of liberty as well as 9/11 memorial.there is a metro about 5minites walk as well.. Rooms are adequate for new york. We had 2 separate beds that were very comfy. Air-conditioning is spot on as well. New towels and bed made daily.
The breakfast is not great so be aware before you book it.there is a train that goes past close to the hotel which can be a bit loud but I bought ear plugs and slept like a baby.
