Everything.. From friendly staffs to comfort of the whole room and a nice breakfast. It is in the middle of China town that we enjoyed the markets nearby.

location
the noise on the tracks. it wasn't too bad but being on the other side of the hotel may have helped

Exceptional staff with nice manners and going over and above the call of duty to give directions, etc.
Everything was great.

The front desk service was exceptional
The sofa-bed is very old, and It is not comfortable at all. Also, the sofa-bed wasn't ready to be used when we arrived (with the bed clothes on) and they didn't make the bed properly every morning.
