Location is excellent. The staff extremely good. Very thoughtful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. Great decor. Roof top bar exceptional.
The sofas in the reception were well used.

The rooms were of a high standard of finish, very clean, very comfortable, great amenities, great linens and towels.
The public area right outside the hotel was a bit shabby. Needed some weeding and tidying up.
