Stunning room, beautiful hotel, great staff and service.
Nothing.

Brilliant location in the heart of Palmas' old town, amidst all major shops and cafés. The personal atmosphere was great, breakfast lovely and we felt 'Welcomed'. Good food, good drinks and outside terrace to enjoy all of it, weather permitting,
There is nothing we did not like at the Hotel.

we were leaving at 7.30am for the airport, and they offered and organised sandwiches for us to take with us as we would miss the included breakfast. The staff were greta. We were offered to sit upstairs near teh pool til our room was ready
it was pricey but that is Mallorca
