Spotlessly clean. Comfy beds. Great location. Really friendly and helpful staff.

Location was prefect for our stay. Very central to all restaurants, shopping & places of interest. The quiet location was also perfect.
Although rooms I felt were fairly basic & on the small side the cleanliness was really good & the linen & bath towels were beautifully white & well laundered.
Breakfast options were very good.
Staff were friendly & extremely helpful.
Perhaps a bar for a late night pre bedtime drink.
Areas around the courtyard were a little untidy & the staircase to the bedrooms were a little untidy & were lacking a good brush up & clean. Planting areas needed some attention to sharpen up the appearance.
We weren’t able to operate the air-con so it would be helpful to have some clear instructions displayed.

This property was located in the heart of Mallorca.
Property was clean, affordable, and comfortable. Front desk lady was very helpful throughout the entire trip.
No parking.

The building and the location
Breakfast was erratic. On Monday we had no eggs, on Tuesday the bread ran out. It seems like the waitresses are also the cooks? And they were struggling to cope. There were no bedroom slippers or tissues in the room. We had to ask for them. It’s unfortunate that the hotel changed hands shortly before our stay
