We had a lovely stay.
- Super central in the outskirts of old town. Trams and busses stop outside the hotel. Safe and quiet area.
- Super nice lobby and hotel corridors. Nice staff.
- Clean rooms, cleaning on demand, bed felt really clean.
- Tea and coffe in the room. Slippers and robe. Stacked minibar. Nice lightning. Nice bathroom.
- Breakfast was amazing. It had everything. They make pancakes eggs and waffles on the spot. Greeted with champagne. 16€ worth it
- The pool facility was really nice. It was worth 20€, not too many people. You get towels from them. Go down with the robe and slippers from the room. Three types of pools and three types of saunas. Defo make a visit if you’re there.
We really have nothing negative to say and this nice hotel made our stay feel like a little luxury!
- I would’ve liked just a few more amenities in the bathroom
- Mold in the shower
- Bit noisy from other rooms

Great location: bus from airport stops outside, train station 10-15 mins walk, Old Town on your doorstep, river across the road. Huge choice at breakfast buffet; tasted great. Lovely spa area.
Minor issue: twin beds not provided despite request months before - the double bed is two singles pushed together, so not impossible. Maybe best to call and confirm wishes nearer the time.

Breakfast. Comfy bed. Daily cleaning. Location.

It was clean & good location
the spa is not included - I decided to pay more for this hotel than others locally and I find out the spa is an extra €20 each per day for me and my partner - this is completely wrong.
