Good location in the city centre, large room size, comfortable bed, nice breakfast. Modern design in hotel
Mid October 2026 - it was cold in the hotel and in the room, you have to wear warm clothes with long sleeves in the room, air-condition was working on 21.5 and was not possible to change temperature, i asked for a heater. I also asked to switch off air-condition as it was in the system and working day and night. I did not have bathrobe and slippers in the room, had to ask for it. Shower gel bottle and body lotion bottle was empty, you have to ask. Light was not working in the corridor on the 2nd day. Everything you have to ask... Management needs to train people from housekeeping department more.

There was exceptionally good, helpful service from Maija at the front desk when we were checking in. Also Tihomorova at the breakfast area. Very helpful responsive room cleaning staff as well.
Also, there was a discrepancy in the charge for my room booked on Booking.com. The higher charge was quickly resolved to my satisfaction by the on-duty manager. Great staff service overall. Room had a nice view of the park.
While I always found a parking space in the basement garage, I was told that spaces there are not guaranteed, and that occasionally the garage fills up. This was not an impact on me, but they should suggest some alternate arrangement in the event the garage does fill up.

I liked location and privacy in hotel, I felt very comfortable, unbothered and relaxed. Also room was cute fresh with very comfortable bed.
